(Methodology: Individual reflective thinking on figure 1 + sharing – 30 minutes).
2. Opportunities and Threats.
What are the 5 types of trends to identify in agro/agri businesses in order to contribute to sustainable development.
(Methodology : group work- brainstorming to fill figure 2 then sharing- 30 minutes).
3. Application on the BCG matrix
What is your cash cow product, your question mark idea, your potential star concept and an old fashioned way of doing business you need to get rid off?
(Methodology: Group or individual work – out of the box thinking then sharing – 30 minutes).
4- Application on the ERRC grid for disruptive innovation.
Consider innovating by reducing first and creating after.
( Methodology: Group or individual critical thinking exercise- 30 minutes).
5- Application of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) to puzzle new concepts in eco friendly integrative new ways. (Methodology: Group work – scope : fill in the model at hand with coherence + sharing 30 minutes).
Conclusion: Moving forward to an operational application. Draft of a 1 page business plan. ( Methodology : Individual reflective thinking : open to new ideas/methods – 30 minutes).
